Timing matters
Some updates may not be available once processing or shipping has started. Send the details as soon as possible.
Address updates
Send the order number, checkout email, and the correct address. We’ll review whether the update is still possible.
Already shipped
If the order has shipped, use the tracking page and contact support if delivery information looks wrong.
