Processing and delivery
Most orders are prepared within 1–3 business days before carrier delivery begins. Delivery timing can vary by carrier, supplier processing, holidays, and destination.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders of $75 or more before taxes and after discounts.
When will my tracking update?
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show movement after a shipping label is created. If tracking has not updated after several business days, contact support with your order number and checkout email.
Can I change my address?
